Self check-in via keypad. Your access code will be sent 24 hours before arrival.

Check-out: 10:00 AM Central

Please be fully checked out by 10 AM to allow time for the cleaning crew.

Early check-in / late check-out

May be available upon request depending on surrounding bookings. An additional fee may apply.

Key return

Please leave all keys and access cards on the kitchen counter before departing.

Maximum occupancy: 12 guests

This includes all adults and children. Exceeding the limit is grounds for immediate termination of stay without refund.

Day visitors

Up to 4 additional day visitors are permitted with prior host approval. All overnight guests must be included in the original booking.

No parties or events

Shell Yeah is a residential townhome. Parties, weddings, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

No unauthorized overnight guests

All overnight guests must be declared at time of booking.

No smoking anywhere on the property

This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana — indoors and outdoors. A $500 deep-cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

No illegal substances

Use or possession of illegal substances on the property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No pets allowed

Unfortunately, Shell Yeah does not accommodate pets of any kind. Bringing an undisclosed pet will result in a $300 fee and possible immediate termination of stay without refund.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Please be mindful of neighbors during quiet hours. Keep voices and indoor noise at a reasonable level.

No outdoor music after 10 PM

Outdoor speakers and amplified music must be turned off by 10 PM. This is a neighborhood with families and permanent residents nearby.

Community pool hours: 8 AM – 10 PM

Please follow all posted pool rules and be respectful of other Prominence residents using the pools.

Treat it like your own home

Please leave Shell Yeah in the same condition you found it. Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately so we can address them promptly.

Dishes

Please run the dishwasher before check-out, or wash all dishes and leave them clean and put away.

Trash

Place all trash in the bins provided inside the home. Outdoor bins are located at the side of the property.

No moving furniture

Please do not rearrange or move furniture, particularly outdoor furniture. Do not take property items to the beach.

Lock up when leaving

Please ensure all doors and windows are locked and secured when leaving the property unattended.

Payment schedule

A 50% deposit is due at time of booking to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your check-in date.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations 60+ days before check-in receive a full refund. 30–60 days before: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Security deposit

A $500 refundable security deposit is collected at booking and returned within 7 business days of check-out, provided no damage or rule violations occurred during your stay.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
