We believe in full transparency. Your total includes the nightly rental rate, a cleaning fee ($535), management fee included, and tourist tax. There are no surprise charges at checkout. Everything is shown upfront before you book.

Our cancellation policy varies by booking platform. For direct bookings, we offer a full refund up to 60 days before check-in, and a 50% refund up to 30 days before. Within 30 days, bookings are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Yes, we collect a refundable security deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is returned within 7 days of checkout, assuming no damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Shell Yeah sleeps up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms: a king master suite, a queen bedroom, a bunk room with 4 queen beds, and a king bedroom. Every bed is a premium DreamCloud or Nectar mattress — no pullouts or air mattresses.

Yes. Our gourmet kitchen includes all cookware, utensils, baking supplies, a wine fridge, coffee maker with filters, and a dishwasher. We provide starter supplies of coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and dish soap.

Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire home. The network name and password are provided in your check-in instructions.

Yes. A full-size washer and dryer are available in the home, along with an iron and ironing board.

Yes, a pack & play is available on request. Please let us know before your arrival so we can have it set up.

A Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) is a street-legal electric vehicle designed for roads with speed limits of 35 mph or less — which includes all of 30A. It's essentially a large, comfortable golf cart that seats 6.

Yes. A 6-seater LSV is included with your stay at no extra charge. It's garaged on the first floor with a charger. Most guests say it's the highlight of their trip.

Yes. You must have a valid driver's license to operate the LSV. All drivers must be 21 or older. The LSV is street-legal on 30A roads with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less.

The LSV has a range of approximately 25–30 miles on a full charge — more than enough for a day of cruising. It charges overnight in the garage.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM Central Time. Check-out is at 10:00 AM Central Time. Early check-in and late checkout may be available depending on the booking calendar — contact us to ask.

We use keyless smart locks. Your unique access code is provided in your check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival. No keys to lose, no lockbox to find.

Yes. The home has a garage (where the LSV is stored) and additional parking in the Prominence community. Most guests use the LSV as their primary vehicle during the stay.

Unfortunately, no. Shell Yeah is a pet-free property to ensure a clean, allergen-free experience for all guests. Service animals are welcome with advance notice.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home or on the balconies. A designated outdoor smoking area is available in the courtyard.

No. Shell Yeah is a residential property in a quiet neighborhood. We enforce a strict no-party policy. Excessive noise after 10 PM is not permitted. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. This applies to overnight stays as well as daytime visitors. No exceptions.

Prominence is a master-planned community on Highway 30A in South Walton County, Florida — between Grayton Beach and WaterColor. It features The Big Chill entertainment complex, two resort-style pools, restaurants, shops, and easy beach access.

Deer Lake State Park beach access is approximately 1 mile west of Shell Yeah — about a 3-minute LSV ride. Gulf Lakes beach access is 1.1 miles east.

The Big Chill is Prominence's on-site entertainment complex. It features multiple restaurants, a bar, live music venue, outdoor movie screenings, and community events. It's steps from Shell Yeah's front door.

The two resort-style pools are shared among Prominence residents and guests. They're never crowded like hotel pools. Pool access is included with your stay.
